Since I was in the ER and admitted to the hospital several times this is a life and death situation since I need the money for emergency medical treatment overseas
I've been a reg at NL500 and I find it difficult to deal with these players who will 2-3 barrel post with any hand. Even at PLO you don't have 2 pair or combo draws that often and it's tricky to call down with AJ-AK high on some board textures in NL.

Case in point this villain will bet call shoves with any OESD or FD. He's not terrible since he can instacall large shoves with one pair in NL with 2nd/3rd pair against worse fish. In NL he began to raise the SB/BB to 25 and bet flop 25, turn 55-70. I had Q9o and called 25 with 800 behind he had me covered.

4 to the flop he bets 25 on A95dd, I call instantly
villain instabets 70 on A958dd when normally he would bet 55 in PLO he sometimes would bet 80 on the turn on an Ace high board (sometimes he would 3 barrel air in PLO).

The obvious adjustment is to call with some in my opinion rather narrow range ahead pre and fold flop when unimproved but it is difficult to realize my equity and to study his ranges and lines

I'm also asking at what point is a 5/5 10% max 50 game unbeatable shorthanded shortstacked with a 300 min when people are pretty solid. The regs are ok and I have little fold equity against them sometimes
