Ac on K high monotone with nut flush draw

BN: $39.53
SB: $25.35 (Hero)
BB: $24.33
UTG: $23.75
HJ: $22.22
CO: $28.64
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 2 A
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, Hero raises to $0.60, BB calls $0.35
Opening *A SB versus unknown BB?
Flop ($1.30) 6 K 4 (2 Players)
Hero bets $0.90, BB calls $0.90
Default cbet as i dont know villain's stabbing tendencies if i check to him
Turn ($3.10) 6 K 4 8 (2 Players)
Hero bets $2.25, BB calls $2.25
Once he calls the flop, i'm giving him all Kx, and then some medium pairs with a club 99-77, maybe 55. Some slowplayed flushes. A few A high with worse clubs and sometimes QJ/JT with a club.

Now, on the turn, advice on the merits of each line:
1) bet again, by retaining the initiative i can credibly rep a hand like KQ+, if i'm raised my hand plays very transparent OOP, so folding isn't a train smash. Or is it?
2) Check planning to check/call and realize equity. Villain may simply check back his medium strength holdings. My problem is i don't think i get much value when i hit my outs. An Ace or club is again very transparent. I dont like this
3) check planning to check/raise, dubious without villain tendencies?

I do like betting best. Can i bet bigger? I'm preferring a bigger bet more and more, what about an over pot-size bet?
River ($7.60) 6 K 4 8 K (2 Players)
Hero checks, BB checks
His quick snap call lead me to believe he has Kx with a club. i wont try fold him off 3OAK, i check give up
Final Pot
Hero has 2 A BB has K 7 BB wins $7.16

Often i feel like i should just be blasting away at these players. But going bet bet check seems like i'm bloating the pot only to fold the river.
