AA value extraction or overplay ?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $3.72
SB: $32.01
BB: $7.03
UTG: $5.00
MP: $6.46 (Hero)
CO: $5.00
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is MP with A A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.15, CO folds, BN calls $0.15, SB folds, BB calls $0.10
Flop ($0.47) 6 5 6
BB checks, Hero bets $0.34, BN calls $0.34, BB folds
Turn ($1.15) 6 5 6 7
Hero bets $0.83, BN calls $0.83
River ($2.81) 6 5 6 7 2
Hero bets $2.69, BN calls $2.40 and is all in

Wondering if could've played it differently. Not real reads on the Villain except for playing under 100BBs which made me think he's a weaker player.

On the flop I think it's pretty standard, don't know about the sizing.
On the turn as the second flush draw shown up I chose bigger sizing to get value out of them, 78s, and 88-TT which I've put the villain on.

He can definitely have 55, 77, or 89s, couldn't find many sixes in his range just the 76s I guess.

As the river was a blank I just decided to go for value from overpairs and occasional 78s if he thinks I bluff a missed flush.

What do you think ? Still a beginner in range assignments, let me know what mistakes are there in my thought process and if I could've played it differently.

Thanks !
