Is the fold justified here, given that this turn smashes his range pretty hard, or am i seeing ghosts here ? Villain is a decent reg.

bet flop, and x/f turn with this combo almost always, I prefer checking QQ-JJ
Mostly B flop with PPs including AA. If you plan to X flop too frequently you need to construct a X/R range to limit Villain's ability to stab flop widely. For example, bluff X/R AQo, AJo with a club together with some sets+.
Mostly B flop with all suited combos clubs and spades, XF suited diamonds and hearts.
On the turn XF AA to 1/2 or bigger bet, XC this combo to smaller size bet but XF AsAc (that blocks both FDs making it more likely Villain has made hands).
