Villain has WSD of 1/7, so I guess I could call bigger size as well? I'm not sure but the board is too wet. I just call because bet size is too small.

Raise OTF bigger, I would make it at least 0,5
Turn and river are both fine I guess, unless he's extremely stationy, in that case you can raise thinly OTT.
He's donking range OTT isn't only TP+ but draws, 88-99 type stuff and random garbage. Yes, you won't get value from his worse hands but this could prevent to call down another, and this tipe, potentially big donk bet.
Seems good to me!
You played it fine IMO, Villain's sizing is sort of weird/bad can't go wrong with calling down he might have a T or Q some of the time.
