pre if he is fish its ok but normal just 3x

flop i would go 1/3
i think we can x/back turn with Ad, but its probably ok with this siing

this donk shoves is genarally strong by my opinion but u are holding Ad

3betting bigger at micro stakes has merits, so no comments about it.
Flop whether 1/3 or 1/2 or 3/4 depends on your cbet strategy in 3bet pots (how do you play 2 overcards? and how you 3betting range looks like?)
Rest is well played, Ad is important here and readless(vs nitty reg, can see folding, line like that is close to never to be bluff, it is 2 pairs> going for value) calling higher EV than folding.

Pre is ok, the size is fine vs an utg open. I would shove the turn. Since you are going to call his shove otr anyway by shoving turn you gain some equity vs flushes.
