AA flatting PF 3B a mistake?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $5.00
SB: $5.41
BB: $7.74
UTG: $12.22 (Hero)
MP: $7.16
CO: $5.00
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is UTG with A A
Hero raises to $0.15, 3 folds, SB raises to $0.37, BB folds, Hero calls $0.22
Flop ($0.79) 3 Q T
SB bets $0.50, Hero raises to $1.40, SB raises to $2.50, Hero raises to $11.85 and is all in, SB calls $2.54 and is all in
Turn ($17.68) 3 Q T K
River ($17.68) 3 Q T K 7
Final Pot SB wins and shows three of a kind, Queens.
UTG lost and shows a pair of Aces.
SB wins $10.42
Rake is $0.45

My concern for not 4 betting was because I thought it would've looked way too strong and scare of some AKs or JJ-99. Would like some opinions regarding the way I played this hand, not necessary just preflop but maybe on flop actions as well.

Thanks.
