Is betting the turn okay here ? I don't have any reads on villain but he seems on the nitty side, so I assume he'll call my 3bet with suited broadways except maybe AK, AQs, most if not all pocket pairs except AA,KK. So he'll have a few overpairs and sets, some flush draws and over cards and some middle pair type stuff. I think he'll can call the flop with top pair, 88,99 and some BDFDs with the Ac and maybe some slow played sets. I put the ranges into Poker Ranger, specifically for him to x/r turn I used this

{JJ-QQ,AcQc,AhJh,AcJc,KhQh,KcQc,KhJh,KcJc,QhJh,QcJc,TdTs,TdTc,TsTc,8d8h,8d8s,8h8s,5d5s,5d5c,5s5c,4d4h,4d4s,AhQh}

do you think it's realistic he'll raise the turn with JJ,QQ ? If so I have about 60% equity vs that range and would just call here. What's your opinion ?
