AA 5bet pot, flop decision

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $13.72
SB: $4.77
BB: $18.94
UTG: $13.54 (Hero)
MP: $11.53
CO: $18.01
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is UTG with A A
Hero raises to $0.30, MP folds, CO raises to $0.60, 2 folds, BB raises to $1.30, Hero raises to $2.50, CO folds, BB calls $1.20
Flop ($5.65) T J 7
BB checks, Hero bets $3.90, BB raises to $16.44 and is all in

Strange spot preflop.

On the flop I realise I bet way too big. My plan was just bet big on flop and shove turn but I didn't need to go this big to accomplish that.

When he shoved I felt like I’m behind pretty much just JJ, and I’m not sure villain will do this preflop with a hand like KQs. The only bluff that makes any sense is something like AhKh. In my mind I heard “4bet pot, can’t fold overpair”, which is something people seem to be very adamant about, but can it be that simple? Is an average nl10 player gonna bluff like this here given my perceived range?
