AA 3-bet pot river line

Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with A A
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.30, 3 folds, Hero raises to $0.90, MP calls $0.60
Flop ($1.85) 3 T J
Hero bets $0.92, MP calls $0.92
Turn ($3.69) 3 T J 4
Hero bets $2.30, MP calls $2.30
River ($8.29) 3 T J 4 A
Hero checks, MP bets $5.70, Hero

Plan was to shove most rivers. But on this one, I felt like I would never get called by anything other than ATs and AJ, which I block. I expect villain to raise his 2p+ combos on the flop or turn and KQ got there OTR. What do you do? Shove, XC or XF?
