I sounds really dumb, but I used to find that when a player at 2nl is being passive, being passive, being passive, and then starts betting, it's because they drew the nuts. Doesn't even matter that they shouldn't have what they have. When a bet comes out of nowhere, just look at the board and see if a draw came in, and if it did, fold, even if they'd have to have specifically called a 3bet pre with 58, or something.

Yes, some people bluff, but at these stakes - and this is the important part - it's not nearly ENOUGH to make calling profitable. If they start betting EVERY time a draw completes, well, that's something to look at. But readless, when a passive player suddenly starts betting, just lay it down.

well i don't play 2NL but i am guessing you can raise a lot more preflop and still get 1 or 2 callers

i don't like your trappy/slowplay in multiway pot - checking the the flop seems OK but after it goes bet/call you should check raise for value

The only hand that beats us is 76, (he won't call the flop with JT and we block Ad) while we beat 55,88,A5,A8,A9,(AQ),98,85.
We need ~30% to break even and against that range (without AQ) we have 67,35%
