A8s: x/r 2.PTK as a bluff on the turn? (NL100)
BB: 133.09 (Hero)
UTG: 103.30
HJ: 136.85
CO: 101.50
BN: 176.64
The SB is a 44/13 (fish)
We are in the BB
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO raises to 2.50, SB folds, SB calls 2, Hero calls 1.50
Villain
notes:-x/c AKo as 4better CO vs BU on 347r
-is able to x/r bluff on the river
-3bet 22 sb vs bu
-x/c (t) w TP after check (f) w Ahigh oop
-Cc J9o sb vs BU
- CO oR 24%
- F turnvs x/r 50% (8)
Given that the SB is a bad player I do think taht Villain is oR a bit wider:
22+,A2s+,K6s+,Q7s+,J8s+,T8s+,97s+,87s,76s,65s,54s,A9o+,KTo+,QTo+,JTo
Flop:
I think x/c is the fine. There are argument for a lead if Villain is very passiv, do get money from the fish, but as played a x/r shouldnt be an option on the flop.
Turn:
First lets look at Villains range:
He is going to barrel all his FDs
He is going to bet some GSs
He is going to valuebet all QJ+
He is going to valuebet some worse TPs
Do we want to have a check/raising range as a bluff? Which hands should we check/raise?
I guess we defently want to check/rasie some hands on this turn. For value 76s/88/55 and as a semi bluff our FDs (KhTh,JhTh,Ah9h,Kh9h,Jh9h,Th9h,Ah7h,Kh7h,Jh7h,Th7h,9h7h,Ah5h,Kh5h,Ah4h,Kh4h,5h4h,Ah3h,Kh3h,Ah2h,Kh2h)
I probably x/r some of the FD on the flop and x/c Ah5h ect. on the turn, but that is imo not too important.
Do we want to x/r w some blocker? I guess Ah8x is the nut blocker and a good canidate to x/r but what are with A8s/87s/98s? We rarely have 9h8x or 8x7h in our range which would be I guess better hands.
River:
The 6h hits our range very good. If Villain has AQ he will have a pretty taff decision and vs. a push imo a fold, given that I do not bluff blockers to often in this spot and therefore he just does not beat much. Given that I guess all hearts are a push if we decide to x/r the turn with a hand like this.
Do you agree here?
Thx for your help :)
