This flop hits neither player well, but I think it is fine to cbet most of our range on this given that it is so dry. Maybe not?
In this particular hand, villain is a weak player but I don't have other information. I'm not so interested in A7s, but mainly what range you would assume villain to have? Can't buy that he does this with 3x because he probably doesn't have many, so maybe he has some Tx hands? How would we proceed with 99 if we cbet for example (I think 66-99 should probably be a cbet)...
I'm actually noticing recently that I get checkraised on this sort of dry paired flop super often and I don't really understand it.

Hi, imo betting the flop is way too thin versus a weaker player. I'd consider betting AJ+ for value with a sizing around 1/3; 1/2. Here I think you've got enough showdown value to x. If he's not a degen he's gonna bring a ton of hands to showdown such as Jhighs, and it allows you to thin value pretty easily on later streets.
