Basically after seeing that we only have 30% equity here I think shoving here is bad, since I was pretty sure I was dominated. Just posting to make sure.
I c/r fine? Should we c/c instead? or c/r/c?

You would have 3x sometimes, 99 and strong flush draws like you do have now, so I think this hand is fine.
I mean, even if villain shows up with 99 or A3, you faced the top part of his range which happens, but you have to thing about his whole range.
At these stakes I wouldn't rule out a bluff or an overplay either
Reload and move on
I think my standard line would be check/calling on paired board here.
A good way to look at this is to see how you are doing vs a condensed value range on a 933cc board vs a 943cc board. Vs a reasonable stack off range for him, like 99+, A9, A3 and KQcc, you are about 36% or so. Vs that same range on a 943cc board, you are like 44%. Since you can redraw vs sets, etc. Of course, I am considering this situation in a vacuum. If you have a read, you line can be completely fine.
i find it weird that villain has a 3bet range on this flop as he shouldn't have any 3x and you have all the overpairs. as far as your flop line, every option is on the table. you should have an x/r on this board and this hand is a nice candidate. i'd prefer to x/c with stronger nfd's that have higher sdv
JonathanPla what is your history with Villain? I think there is only 2 reasons to jam flop: 1) you have a read that Villain is spewy and that he is reraising air vs you here 2) Villain is fairly aggro and will re-raise over pairs (TT+) here because he thinks you x/r too much. Personally I prefer to x/c my A high flush draws and x/r my fd's that have less showdown value (like 8c7c). Also I'd probably only x/r flop in the first place if I felt like Villain was more nitty/risk adverse in nature and would fold overpairs to a flop x/r or turn barrel.
