On the river my toughts were that he can never call a hand like AT or lower, so i decided to raise. am i wrong?

He never has a set and the only possible 2p are A2dd, A2hh, A9dd.
AJ,AQ should be a SQ.

so if i play my line, is it better to shove or is the sizing ok?
