i guess its kinda standard...
dont really love any of my options after 4betting, i dont think that getting in pre is gonna be all that great most times...overall 3b is 10..31 over 307 chances....3bs button a bit tighter a 4/53 tries = 8%
so pre seems std, however would love to hear feedback on preflop action
flop seems standard, id call alot of aq aj type stuff otf so i think my flop calling range is somewhat protected, ott he barrels again and i dont see another option but to fold
i just felt like he really owned me here so wanted to post and hear any feedback on ways i should be thinking about spots like this where im kinda high in my range oop vs aggro/good opponents

Agreed. I like the preflop play as well, as you said, you're not going to be ahead if you get it in preflop, so you're better off calling the 3bet. On the flop it's just one of those "shrug and fold" spots.
Yeah it feels weird to fold the flop, but ultimately you don't even have the Jh and if you do turn a set, he can still have T9s very easily. Not a lot going for you with this hand, at this depth.
This might sounmd ambitious, but I'd 4-bet just o get him to 5-bet bet bluff.
Before you guys get mad again about me giving reads. Madman is super super LAG and I'm pretty sure you can get JJ in here against him.
Villain is betting roughly 2/3 pot so we want to defend roughly 60% of our flopping range on the flop, correct? Seems like JJ is going to be right around the bottom of that range here.
Are you guys saying that Villains preflop range hits this flop particularly hard so we should be under defending? Or are you saying that villain is unbalanced with his cbets so we should be under defending?
