Villain seems like a reg with 23/17 and 16% 3bet but only over 154 hands.

Preflop can go either way I think, it's the bottom of my range anyway.

On the flop I was again not sure if I should bet or check back in case he's going for the checkraise. I think it's a good board for him to checkraise because I will bet betting all my 88-JJ, FDs and whatever else I want for protection. He should be able to put me into some tough spots.

My question is whether I should actually bet my entire range on the flop. Because I should expect as a default most ppl will just play ABC and cbet their QQ+ and their good draws here and just give up with their less interesting hands. So when he checks I should expect a lot of FE, right? (which is what inclined me to bet here and overcome my paranoia of being checkraised).
