OTT - I think folding is a bit too weak, so I decided to call, even though I hate PSB from fish guy
OTR - I dont see any 7x betting PSB OTT, so imo he's polarized to total nuts like 33, KK? And some bluffs - which imo there is a lot, looking at his stats he seems to be a bit too agressive.
