I think we can still call here when we takie into account that he bets so low.

This a wierd spot for me, I did some analysis with snowie and snowie suggests that raising here is a blunder and all we can do is to call CO bet. Even though villain can show up with some kind of a full house, I think that he might be aggressive with his 9x combos and maybe he just doesn't see that there is a possible straight on the board. After his 3bet I kinda didn't want to get it all in, thinking that he will call me only with full houses and a straight is too strong to fold here so I just called, still after his 3bet snowie folds here.
Any thoughts?

You should raise here because weak players have a tendency to call too often against river raises when they have a made hand. Snowie is really weak for these spots.
Against his min 3bet you can call or min 4bet if you think he doesn't slowplay a house, but I don't think you should just call read less and when I think about it's difficult to get the read to make the 4bet good. Going all in will make him fold all worse and call all better.
