87 on Q645 vs polar range

Blinds: $5.00/$10.00 (2 Players) SB: $1053.74
BB: $1217.50 (Hero)
Preflop ($15.00) Hero is BB with 8 7
Hero raises to $20.00, SB calls $10.00
vilain is a regfish; not so much reads, but he folds too much to 3bets, doesn't open button a lot, use weird sizings; 60 hands overall
Flop ($40.00) 6 Q 4
SB checks, Hero bets $14.63, SB raises to $60.02, Hero calls $45.39
i'm not sure it's a call here; he already raise my cbet once or twice
Turn ($160.04) 6 Q 4 5
SB bets $190.00, Hero calls $190.00
nuts! do we reraise the small overbet for max value, risking to make fold some double pairs and draws? what sizing?

or do we call and let him bluff some rivers?
River ($540.04) 6 Q 4 5 4
SB bets $783.72 and is all in
i think it's a fold, even on a 4 of spade; we loose to 44 (1) 66 (3) Q4 (6) and i don't see a lot of bluffs nor value bet thins
