86 on KT6 - is it better to cbet or check back ?
Exemple : we are on btn with 86 we open , big blind call.
Flop KT6
Is it better to Cbet ? or check back ?
Against a standart reg lets say he is 24/20 , average fold to cbet 50% , defend by calling in bb 50 %.
What are the most important factors to prefer a cbet rather than a check back ? or a checkback rather than a cbet ?

common dilemma as tx fairly easy check unless its AT QT that can get value from lots of worse Tx. i would say that given you have an 8 kicker its purely protection bet and depends on opponents frequencys. if he will semi bluff a ton on turn and make u fold a lot, then maybe just having J8 and j7 and q7 and 54s fold now is best. but against a passive opponent it may be less necessary. the standard is to probably check
I would bet this flop most of the time unless i have a ten, JJ-QQ and rag kx hands.
Take it as a semibluff. This board has some more gutters tough, so I would attack a K95 board holding 75 more often.
