You have showdown value and not many outs to improve. I would check back flop. AJx flop is also good for UTG's range. If villain lead bets on a brick turn, you fold.

There are better hands to bluff cbet flop with like broadway straight draws .

I would check flop and bet n more favorable for our hand (Q, K, J high flops).

A quick question though, don't you think that it's better to just take the passive line preflop at these stakes?
I assume players would call too much preflop and stick even too long on many runouts. Why don't you just complete and go from there? Your implied odds would skyrocket since BB would normally check and now if you hit, you are guaratee to win a big pot, without put yourself into uncomfortable spots as the one you have posted

I agree with the preflop line. You will be OOP and unless you have the read that the limper likes to fold against raises (which technically is a 2bet, not a 3bet), 77 is a good candidate to just complete here. 77 is not very versatile postflop, but profits from playing multiway. If I elect to raise, I would size up to .10 or .12 to make.

I don't mind a flop bet here as an exploitative line. You probably get some 6x hands and hand that have to overcards to your 77 to fold. Once you get called, I would assume villain has a hand that he likes well enough and just give this hand up.

makes sense, main reason I raised pre is because he limped. Do you think we should call pre with stronger pairs like 99 or TT too?

I would raise 99+ here, yes.

You'll make an overpair with 99 roughly 1/3 of the time on the flop, so I think that's often enough to make it profitable in my eyes. But of course it depends on villains tendencies.
