I believe up to river action is pretty standard.
do you call his river shove?
his stats if we can consider are in 33hands 16/16/8 AF 3

Preflop is a bit loose, I would fold unless there is a rec in the blinds.
Flop is good.
I would raise turn, you need protection against his overpairs with a diamond and his sets. If he has a bigger flush it's a cooler but that's why I would have folded it preflop.
I'd call river, but I think it's pretty close. He could be bluffing something like AdK AdQ or overvalueing worse. He's 16/16 so he might not be opening all Axs from MP.
u are right pre flop- or at least should have 3bet.
Probably called consider the players that followed.
How about folding vs a better flush?
How is this cooler having such small flush?

What makes you believe you can call +ev with weaker players behind in the cutoff? I see a lot of guys try to make crazy adjustments based on this that are actually not winning any money. I recommend therefore focussing on solid basics first and just make money by playing better poker (better foundations like folding 67s).
I 3B this hand IP pre. We want to have a merged 3B range IP vs V unless we are incentivize to shift it to poled. It will all boils down to equity capitalization post so if you know that V is not fighting pots a lot than you're in business.
I do agree that we need to raise Turn as Resolve pointed out. For many reasons, one being the leverage point for you stack and in bad case scenario you got equity going to River.
At 5nl, I doubt rake makes this a profitable call. AP, bet-call flop looks good. I'm raising turn. AP, not folding river.
If raising turn we face a reraise or shove , on turn , do we fold?
very easy call for me on the turn. we dont get anything better to fold or anything worse to call (besides AA/KK with a diamond, but I assume most of that cbet flop, because they dont care about balancing on that limit).
as other have mentioned, 3b or fold pre, unless huge whale is in the blinds
