BTN is a reg playing pretty solid. I assume he 3bets most AA-QQ here.
MP is a fish playing 45/9.

When both calls, I didn't think I could bet turn here as I feared BTN is very set heavy here after he CC preflop and called OTF. I think he could be calling every set here to keep the fish in the pot but I've played with him too little to know for sure.
So I assumed I couldn't semibluff the turn profitable 3 way and BTN set heavy.
So my question is what do you think is the best decision on the turn? Is this a mandatory semibluff OTT? Can I profitable call turn if I choose to check?

400nl aint low stakes :D but anyway i think ott you need to culculate your odds, if you dont have it - fold, because even if you hit it will be very hard to get any value esp OOP, are you planning on donking river if you hit? i doubt youll have any bluffs with this line so he can fold his set easily, so its a spot where you have to rely on just pot odds, which you dont have enough to call turn imo

Looks good to me. Villain will still have hands that you beat and you are to some extent perceived to have some overpairs so there's a chance his bluffs won't fire the river allowing you to win at showdown some smallish frequency. That combined with you never drawing dead and some implied odds (villains will vbet flush filling rivers with less than a flush, probably they're gonna b/f but a river bet is already a huge deal) makes it a clear call.
I would just bet the turn simply because we have enough EQ in combination with our FEQ; i dont really know how I could play rivers profitably when i do improve. Leading shows my hand face up and x/raising is hard to pull off against a tough player. If i miss I ´d hate donking (could have bet the turn instead and looked more credible).
