This is so shitty I think since I'm not sure he could call twice and then shove on this rivercard without an 7 or 2.

Yup. Seems like a fold.
Hard for him to have a seven or a deuce in a 4bet pot. Because all flushdraws missed i guess its ok to call.
I'm definitely calling.
First of all, I think it makes no sense for villain to donkshove his valuehands, because K is a card that we hit a lot (with AK), and we probably should shove it for value. Also, when we have so many AK combinations, we should also have decent amount of bluffshoves on the river.
Second, what straights villain has? He doesn't have that many straights, if any. I would be more worried that he has a set, rather than a straight. And many people are not capable of valuebetting thin, so villain might not feel comfortable shoving a set as a bluff, because we can have some straights in our range (A7s or something, as a 4bet bluff pre).
Villain is a fish, so I guess straigts are a bit more likely in this case. But at the same time, villain can also have more air in his range, mostly missed flushdraws. We're also getting quite a good odds to call, we have to win like 27% of the time, which is not that often.
And finally, if we fold this, we're folding too much. Overall I think calling is better than folding here.
edit. Villain doesnt even have sets, given preflop action. And who knows, villain could shove AK/KQ here.
He's a fish
Call
Enough said :-p
