600 NL HU - Value bet river thin in favourable range vs range spot?

BB: $561.50
SB: $1397 (Hero)
HH is a bit buggy... I minraise pre and the flop is a 24$ pot, turn 48$ and river 120$
Flop ($27.00) 2 3 4 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $12, BB calls $12
Turn ($51.00) T (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero bets $36, BB calls $36
River ($123.00) J (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks
Final Pot
Hero has 6 4 Hero wins $119.50
Have been playing villain for 150 hands so some history but nothing extensive.

Thus far he's playing a 3b heavy style, 3betting 32% from the BB, and flatting 25%. I would expect him to often be 3betting a lot of Ax, 32s-65s, 22+, K5s, etc type hands so this is among the strongest boards for our range vs his.

Because of this, I'll likely be cbetting flop w/ near 100% of my range and barreling quite a bit on a majority of turn and rivers. Villain seems competent and I'm going to assume he should be aware of this and how strong this texture is for our range vs his.

However, w/ only 150 hands w/ him its hard to say exactly how willing he will be to look us up w/ bluffcatchers on this incredibly favorable run-out. He should reach the river w/ a range mostly consisting of 2x-4x, Ax, and potentially a few slowplays. However, its hard to say how often he will hero call here w/ a limited dynamic thus far and such an unfavorable runout for his range.

What is the weakest hand you valuebet river w/ here?

(Also as a side note: What do you think about overbetting turn/river here w/ our vbetting/bluff range?)
