Never played with villain before, so no stats

Thoughts?
AA, and KK, are probably getting 3bet close to 100% of the time (QQ probably as well)
If he did flat with QQ preflop, I don't know how often villain is calling the flop
If villain flatted with AK preflop, should he be check/raising this kind of turn (if he didn't check/raise the flop)?
AQ is probably just calling the turn bet?
If I give villain a narrow "value" range of say:
{JTs}, {AK}, {AhJh}, {AhTh} - I'm in pretty good shape
Is this just a super easy jam against an unknown?
