5NL calldown on 4-straight board

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $7.21
SB: $3.24
BB: $5.00 (Hero)
UTG: $4.02
MP: $5.00
CO: $11.55
Pokerstars 5NL Zoom, no reads on villain but marked as fun player (only 81bb stack)
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BB with T J
UTG raises to $0.15, 2 folds, BN calls $0.15, SB folds, Hero calls $0.10
Flop ($0.47) A 2 T
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.20, BN folds, Hero calls $0.20
MDF is 70% so we can fold 30% of hands. Disadvantageous board texture, opponent reads and multiway-ness of the pot make me want to overfold here quite heavily so I'm calling only ~40% of my combos. Note: I'm not check-raising this flop at all.

(Edit: small site note, can I ever fold the flop with my exact hand?)
Turn ($0.87) A 2 T J
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.40, Hero calls $0.40
Pretty good turn for our range, RvR equity goes up quite a bit (38% from 32% on the flop). Still playing my entire range as x/c or x/f. MDF is 68.5% but I think I can overfold again and only call ~60% of my combos on this turn.
River ($1.67) A 2 T J Q
Hero checks, UTG bets $1.60, Hero folds
Gross river for our range. Our only King combos on the river are KQs of which there are 3 combos remaining. Villain is exclusively repping a King for value of which he has 24 combos (AK, KQ). He needs to barrel 3 streets with hands like 76s or 87s and probably turn some top pairs like A9cc, A8cc, A7cc etc. into bluffs in order to be balanced here. I don't think he does this so we can heavily overfold.

Folding JT seems trivial given that we don't even block AK or KQ.
Final Pot UTG wins $1.60
Rake is $0.07

I tried to walk through the hand using equilab and my limited knowledge of Minimum Defence Frequencies along with some assumptions on every street. You can find my notes within the hand history. Would love some critique of my thoughts.

My main question that I got from my analysis: I get to the river with the following 2 pair combos:

AJo, AJs, ATo, ATs, A2s (assuming I'm 3bet bluffing A2o pre), JTo, JTs.

Should I call with some combos containing an Ace? Should I call down with my sets? (JJ, TT, 22) If he's only ever going for value with the nuts and possibly AA/98s, I feel I can let all of these go and simply shove with KQ and fold everything else.

Maybe this question is too complex for you to bother but I feel writing it out helped me either way. Still, if you want to share your thoughts, I'd highly appreciate it! :) Have a nice day.
