5NL 3-bet pot SB vs Button

Hi guys,
right now, I am working on turning up aggression in 3- bet pots. In this spot I found a raise on the flop which I would not have made some weeks ago. However, I am not sure if it is the right play. So please let me know what you think about it.
(No reliable stats on villain, but seems to be not too far out of line. 14 hands, 31%VPIP, 23% PFR)
My thoughts here were: Many regulars would C-bet this flop very wide. So probably I am ahead of villains C-bet range. Also the C-bet size does not seem to be an indication of a very strong hand. So I raise for protection/denying equity against villains overcards. I am probably behind against villains calling range, but I have nice backdoors and could catch up some extra equity on the turn. Additionally, I block 77. These things considered the spot seems to me a good opportunity to turn up aggression postflop, which should make it much harder for villain to resteal in future pots against my button open. Also, if villian 3-bet shoves the flop, I have an easy fold that hurts not to much.
What are your thoughts about this play?
Furthermore: If villain calls the flop raise, what would be the best play on which turns?

I think raise folding this flop is a decent mistake and you will be folding too much equity here. Raising and calling off seems also too thin. So i guess calling is the standard play here. GTO+ would also give this advise:
There is a small % that would raise here, but then its with the intention of shoving vs a 3bet.
If we raise here and get called, i would be trying to check it down if my handstrength doesnt improve on later streets
Thanks for the GTO anylisis
Personally I Think just call. If he calls the raise you are playing a big pot with a vulnerable hand you have equity but there are a lot of cards you wouldn’t want to see.
