56s flops a flush multiway, is preflop too loose here?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $6.45
SB: $5.79 (Hero)
BB: $6.06
UTG: $4.36
MP: $5.39
CO: $5.72
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is SB with 5 6
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.15, CO folds, BN calls $0.15, Hero calls $0.13, BB calls $0.10
Flop ($0.60) J A K
Hero checks, BB checks, MP bets $0.29, BN calls $0.29, Hero raises to $1.05, BB folds, MP calls $0.76, BN calls $0.76
Turn ($3.75) J A K 8
Hero bets $4.59 and is all in, MP folds, BN folds

I'm not sure if I should be calling here in the SB. I would usually only call with small to middling PPs. MP is a 23/19 regular and BTN is a 14/9 nit. BB is 32/15 recreational player. Do you think post is ok as played? I realise shoving turn makes me seem face-up but I think leading out for half-pot also looks very strong.
