5/10 River decision on Bovada

A friend posted this hand in our Facebook discussion group and it has been getting a ton of replies from all ends of the spectrum. We also started wondering "How would Phil Galfond play this" so i thought it was fitting to post it here and hopefully get some more feedback. Happy to hear thoughts on all aspects of the hand but extremely curious as to the river play. Thanks in advance.

5/10 NL on Bovada, effective stacks $1050. I have a standard aggro image. Button (seemed aggro but had only been at the table 15 minutes, so no idea if really good or bad) opens to 30, small blind folds, I 3bet to 100 from the big blind with AQo (no hearts), button calls. The flop comes QJT with Q and J of hearts. It goes check check. Turn is an offsuit 3. I lead $120 into $200 and button flats. River is an offsuit J completing the board of QJThh3xJx. I bet $250 into $440 and button jams for $830 total. Hero???

Could have done a lot of things differently . I think the river is an easy check/fold. He checks back KQ and rarely turns KT/AT into a bluff. He bets everything better and maybe AQ.
As played, easy fold OTR. With no history you can't just assume the guy is turning his worse hands into a bluff here, which has to happen for you to be good because he doesn't get to the river with a bluff.
