5/10 NL turn decision. What's best play for range? 500bbs deep
500bbs deep vs tough thinking reg 6handed. Villain views me as a bit dangerous and aggro. Capable of big bluffs.
Villain utg straddle to 20 Hero opens JT diamonds utg 60 villain peels. Flop Qd Th 2d villain check raises my bet of 80-280 I see no reason to reraise as I'm doing poorly vs all his value range 22-TT-QT. My jack of diamonds blocks a ton of his combo draws that make up a large part of his check raising range and I'm also blocking Combos of TT. So I call 200 more and turn is off suit king he bets 380 what's heroes best play and why. Will reveal line after I get some feedback. I pick up open ender and the K is much better for my range. I think a raise can get him fold some value hands by river as I'd intend on barreling blanks on river.

I would think raising is definitely the best play, your range is stronger than villain's and you have a perfect hand to raise.
And how proceed on differents rivers if he calls ? I think if he re raise us he´s face up to AJ, and depends how much he does it to call or not ..
Sizing?
I'd make it 1050
I made it 1100 with intentions of barreling all rivers except a jack or if the board pairs.
I like your line THENEWSTEW... i also think you should bet a river 2 if you think he will call a raise on the turn with QT
Agreed didn't think about the deuce and trying to get him to fold out Qx and QT on river. Also spoke with villain(friend) after hand he said he peels sets AKdd and probably folds QT on turn raise.
