£5/10 live, how to get max value when I get lucky on the river...
Hi Everyone,
Hand was from a live £5/10 game. Game has just started as a must move and is playing short handed (but not so relevant as this was blind on blind). Villain is a regular middle aged guy. He is v tight, a little passive but generally knows what is going on. We dont have any major history but have played at same table a number of times. He probably perceives me as tight, but capable of making moves. Hero is small blind and Villain is big blind. Villain has 850, hero covers.
Pre Flop
Hero has AKo in SB and raises to 30. Villain calls.
Flop (60)
AJ7r
Hero bets 35. Villain calls.
Turn (130)
K (brings bdf, which hero does not block)
Hero bets 85. Villain raises to 190. Hero flats.
River (510)
Ax
Hero? (Villain has 600 behind)
To me there are 3 options and I am unsure what is best.
1. Check raise to put villain all in
2. Bet big, 400ish as a value bet
3. Bet small, 150ish to induce
Thanks :)
