5/10 bluff in 3b pot

BN: $1000.00 (Hero)

First of all, I have to say that I'm satisfied with how I played the hand EXCEPT for the sizing. My focus were to loow, i rather bet like 200-215 or w/e so I get a more reasonable jamming size on the river. Only thing to blame is my focus really, I didn't think different at the time or anything like that.
What do you think about using 44/55 as bluffs on turn river? Villan is a regular which I doesn't have much reads on. I thought 44/55 seems like reasonable combos to bluff because they only block Axs-hands and that they do got a little bit of equity. Turning like 77 or w/e into a bluff seems stupid because the higher the pocket pair the higher the ev is of checking. Since he bet 3rd pot on the flop I think he can have a bunch of protection bets. Bet turn and Jam seemed like the way to go in the heat of the moment as well because of the Krab42-video vs ChaoRen when he says that people generally take these sizings with a hand that benefits a lot from it the first time. Because they get reminded or w/e. So in hindsight RIO-Subscription cost me 1k :(
Or are like QJs/JTs/T9s-ish better hands to bluff because they block strong aces? Got less equity on the turn however when getting called (drawing dead vs KK or Ax etc).. Those hands may rather check back and take a free card hoping to improve vs like TT or w/e?
