50z AA in 3b pot facing min raise v Reg

I'm not super happy about this QJ9r flop. It smashes his 3b flatting range and I don't think we have much of a range advantage here. For that reason I think maybe I should be checking here a lot with my range and this hand also?

Like even here where I bet and get a semi safe turn (I think?) I'm still unsure whether I can be value betting. Once he makes that min raise it just looks like a straight or 2p trying to get me to commit.

I like checking it back some overpairs on those flop because you make your checking range stronger. On the other range, betting will put you in a delicated situation OOP, there is lots of bad runnouts plus villain can easily over raise when he perceives you are betting with a high frequency in this board.
I don't see a problem checking the entire range here or spliting your best bluffs + best values in a polarized bet sizing.

I prefer to check/call there as he has more strong hands in his range like straights so we often should take more defensive approach to spot. As played I dont think its ever bluff on turn after your b/b in spot where you should do mostly checking.

Is it best to check entire range here?
Im having a hard time finding bluffs that we can Cbet that can balance with our value hands which are straights sets and 2 pairs.
