50z - AA from UTG facing weird turn raise

Hi guys,
Villain here is just an unknown to me. I typically see a flat from his position to be quite a strong range. Broadway/PP heavy. His turn raise post flop is just a bit odd. I'm not sure how often people are bluff raising here or raising a worse hand. But at the same time I don't see a massive amount of natural bluffs in his range either.
I think a FD would just keep calling as would all of his Qx surely? He shouldn't have Q8/Q7 or even 87s. So really the only hands he's repping that beat me are sets and I don't want to get in the habit of just putting people on a set and folding when we're fairly high up in our range.
As a population at this level I don't think people are going to just randomly bluff here either.
I guess we can call turn and decide river but if he has as few a bluffs as suspected on turn then that is just burning money?
Thanks
