Opponent seems to be a loose aggressive type only 61 hands though.

What do you think of the line taken. Would you raise on the flop (Pokersnowie suggests so) and why or would you call against an aggressive opponent. Think the turn is an obvious bet call situation for two pair against this type of opponent.

On the river I guess the odds are just to good to fold and it is the top hand in my range given the action.

I would raise flop. The c-bet is tiny and you're in position. On this board, there are a fair number of draws, so you want to raise your strong hands.

As played, the price is too good to fold on river, unfortunately. He could be making some kind of blocker bet with worse two pair.

I like to check against an aggressive opponent and bet the passive ones on the flop. Aggressive opponents are more likely to continue betting on the turn and might be scared away by aggression as passive opponents are more likely to call in my opinion that's the reason I choose to just call the flop.

River is a very clear fold to me. The line + the board is severely underbluffed by almost everyone and your hand beats no value.

raise flop 100% of the time. River - I think you're ahead like 18% of the time against a very strangely played weaker two pair and random spazy bluffs. 18% isn't enough to call.
