[50NLz] Top pair top kicker against a small stacked (fish) ?

SB: $26.35
BB: $32.98
UTG: $54.40

Preflop ($0.75) Hero is BN with A Q
UTG folds, MP raises to $1.50, CO folds, Hero raises to $4.50, SB calls $4.25, BB folds, MP folds
Flop ($11.00) T 9 3
SB checks, Hero checks
Range is better for the villain then for me and he has a stack he can jam easily even with two overcards so I decide to check.
Turn ($11.00) T 9 3 Q
SB bets $21.85 and is all in, Hero calls $21.85
I find this a difficult spot as hes small stacked he can have almost anything from a one to a flush to KJ. It is a dangerous board and I showed no interest on the flop so my hand is what it is not that good just a (semi) bluff catcher and there are lots of semi blufs. So I decided to call as I dont block any of the draws.

Final Pot BN lost and shows two pair, Queens and Threes.
SB wins and shows a full house, Tens full of Threes.
