Villain in the BB is a NIT which folds way to much against BTN opens so I decide to check back as this boards hit NITs very well

NIT in the BB check again making me belief that he has nothing so I take my stab at the pot representing the A (if he calls I still have outs as I have a gutshot after all).

What do you think of delaying a cBet on this board against this villain.
