92% cbet, 17% turn cbet, WWSF 49 (given he's a nit though, he should have a higher wwsf)
On one hand,
1) we have the best blocker to the nuts (Q9s)
2) our hand is under-repped
On the other hand,
1) we can never have the nuts making 97s = nuts in villain's shoes (which he has along with Q9s at some frequency preflop)
2) he could play JJ this way also given that we never have Q9 and we're unlikely to call such a large flop bet with 97
