I've been working on expanding my BB defending range after watching Sean Lefort's blind defense videos and realizing that in the past I would be way too tight. I know this is vs an UTG raise and not a LP raise, but I wasn't calling enough in either spot. Versus a 3x, I'd likely fold preflop, but decided to defend vs the 2.5x. Is this too loose of a defend?

On the flop, what are your thoughts on the xr bluff? Our raising range here is 33/44/QQ and FDs. Should K8ss be in our default x/r'ing range without a read that villain folds too much to his c-bet getting raised? Or is it spew and should just be a x/f? Info on villain is he is opening around 20% RFI from UTG and is running at 20/16 with a 4% 3bet overall. He's c-betting 52% in SRP and folding to c-bets 57%.
