[50NL Zoom] Facing River OB Shove w/2nd nut flush

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $56.21
SB: $239.61
BB: $56.01
UTG: $45.23
MP: $62.49 (Hero)
CO: $74.88
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is MP with Q K
UTG folds, Hero raises to $1.50, CO folds, BN calls $1.50, 2 folds
Flop ($3.75) T K 3
Hero bets $1.07, BN raises to $4.00, Hero calls $2.93
Turn ($11.75) T K 3 2
Hero checks, BN bets $8.50, Hero calls $8.50
River ($28.75) T K 3 2 J
Hero checks, BN bets $42.21 and is all in

I've been playing around with the 1/3psb cbet in SRP and am finding that I get raised very frequently at 50NL when using this strategy. I knew this coming into this hand, but was comfortable defending with KxQs here.

Up to the river is pretty standard, I think.

What should we do on the river? If we are folding Qs, then we are essentially folding everything but the As. We do have As in our range as played, however. So the real question is do we think this is a spaz bluff over 38% of the time?

Villain is 1 tabling and playing 55/44 over 9 hands.
