I've been trying to use RIO's hand convertor, but I get the "invalid hand" message.

Anyway, UTG+1 seems reg, I only have 5 hands on him, and CO fish 51/19. My preflop size is small, it was a miss click.
I'm not really sure about the flop play. I think he would donk or x/c with made hands/draws because of the fish. So the x/r doesn't make any sense to me.
What would've been the best action?
