50NL Limp behind call iso T7s, AQ3tt /w FD facing CO bet (Debatable pre- and postflop play)
BN: $88.01 (Hero)
SB: $55.02
BB: $54.35
HJ: $35.48
CO: $68.02
SB: $55.02
BB: $54.35
HJ: $35.48
CO: $68.02
CO is the target. The regs are playing somewhat straightforward.
Preflop

HJ folds, CO calls $0.50, Hero calls $0.50, SB folds, BB raises to $2, CO calls $2, Hero calls $2

So i feel folding outright preflop is too weak. So its a question of isolating or limping behind. I don't mind seeing a isolation raise from the blinds because we all have at least 100bb and i can play in position getting decent odds.
I'm not auto-isolating these hand types as i feel they don't play as well as having two broadway cards. I may also face a 3bet from the blinds if i'm isolating all the hands i decide to play here

BB checks,
CO bets $5.81,
Hero calls $5.81,
BB folds
After the initial raiser checks, CO fires and at this point i'm really not sure. It can be Ax type hands and it can be a semi-bluff or pure bluff, just randomly stabbing. I decide to call and play position (which i end up doing so poorly).
Turn

CO checks,
Hero checks
I either like bombing the turn and firing the river OR checking behind and betting when checked to OTR
if i do bet the turn what sizing? i like $16+

CO bets $9.68,
Hero folds
CO leads 1/2 pot the 'standard value sizing', but i have a strong blocker with the Th and i can rep JT here quite well i think.
if i do raise the river what sizing? i like something like $30+ 30 to win 30 ... or maybe 40 to win 30, so villain needing to fold 50%-56%

Final Pot
CO
wins $18.41
Is no use me getting involved without finally putting in the last aggression and taking down the pot. At the same time i don't want to be trying to 'win every pot' and make a desperation bluff just because i missed my flush draw.
Its also against a player i'm aiming to value bet not bluff as i'm expecting him to call more.
