$50NL HU x/r flop with top 2 pair and get an ugly turn, now what?

SB: $50
BB: $54.64 (Hero)
3rd hand of a match, no reads.
Preflop ($0.75) (2 Players)
Hero was dealt 9 K
SB raises to $1.50, Hero calls $1
Flop ($3.25) 3 9 K (2 Players)
Hero checks, SB bets $1.50, Hero raises to $4.50, SB calls $3
Turn ($12.25) 3 9 K 3 (2 Players)

I hate this turn.  Villain calls us on the flop, probably putting us on a flush draw alot, which just got there.  There's also 2 combo's of boats I *could* have, but don't vs a 3x open.

So, I think we need to bet/fold the turn to get value from his KT, KJ, KQ, AK with a club?  He'll might just check back most kings if we check, especially those with a club.  The only bluffs I could have are QJ, QT, JT, and IF i have them i'm just check-folding and drawing very thin, so there's not much incentive for him to bet.

And then what on blank rivers?  Small bet for super-thin value?

thoughts?
