Hi all

my last 2 sessions i ran even over 1500 hands vs 2 bad-aggressive villains.  Both of these guys would 3bet 30%, call 3bets 70%.  They folded ~ 40% to my 4bets.  Post flop they called any pair, and called down showdown value (i got called down extremely lite when i barreled in good spots).  They also seemed to bet alot when i checked (which must have been polarized).  I figured out i was cbetting air way too much vs these guys in single-raised and 3bet pots. This cost me alot of $$.  Lots of swings, and i felt like i didn't get my fair share of hands.  Looking back into my db, i could have came out a few bi's ahead if i hadn't try to bluff them, cbet air, and 3bet lite.

I don't feel like i am very good at figuring out when these guys are bluffing post, because they mostly check down sdv and regularly seem to have it.  But about once every 2-4 hundred hands i catch them making a big, spazzy, no-equity bluff.

So, post-flop i just had to be very patient and wait for a good hand/situation.

Anybody have any thoughts on this?

And my question is pre-flop.  Should i be 4-betting hands like small pairs?  There's not much bluffing potential vs these guys pre or post but I think my cbets get more folds in 4bet pots.  How do you want to play these hands?

Also, how low do you go with 4betting AX for value?  AJs/o.  ATs?  A9s?  I never got 5bet shipped on.
