Firstly, I don't think you need to defend 94o even vs a minraise, it is literally one of the worst possible hands.

I think I would probably fold on the turn. He can have straight draws but you don't have great equity against those, all your k highs on the flop are now way higher in your range than this, it will be hard to get value on a 9 or 4 even when you do hit and he can have every strong hand in his range.

As played river is definitely a fold, his turn and river sizing is pretty large so there's just no need to call with a hand this far down your range.

Preflop is a clear fold readless and usually a clear fold with reads as well. I think even 95o and T5o is folds with the rake at 50NL.

You have one of the 25% worst hands on the turn making it a clear fold to pretty much all bet sizes.

Few 50NL HU players bluff too much on the river, and you need a read that you play against the 15% or so of players that is capable of bluffing too much here to call on the river. Even then you might need some specific board texture or game flow red to call.
