50NL home game, deepstack AI c/raise OTT

We're playing a short handed $0.50/$0.50 $20 min, no cap home game so stacks are relatively deep. Villain is sitting with roughly $130, or 260BB and I cover. He is what I believe to be an aggressive regular and a good player. Action is as follows:

Folds around to Villain and he opens to $2 in the cutoff which has been his standard size throughout the night. Dealer folds, and I 3-bet with AQss in the SB, because Villain has been calling light IP and my raise was for pure value. BB folds.

Flop: 4d 7s Ts.

I flop two overs and a flush draw and c-bet $9 into a pot of $15. Villain calls. At this point, although it's a 3-bet pot, I don't think we can narrow Villain's range too much given that he's been extremely loose to 3-bets and we're deep. He is totally capable of floating and taking it away on the turn if I check. His range is any pair, 89 combos, flush draws, sets, and over pairs.

Turn: Kd.

I check and Villain bets $17 into a pot of $33. I shove. Thoughts on this play? I think there are 3 possible lines I could have taken and they all seemed pretty close.

1. A c/c wouldn't be too bad because we're getting laid roughly 3:1 in immediate odds and we can call with our gutshot and nut flush draw.

2. A b/f followed by a river barrel is decent as well because Villain may call the turn with a one paid hand, but will definitely fold if we fire 3 streets.

3. I decided on a check/shove because I thought I could trap a bet out of Villain. He is betting the turn with 100% of his flop calling range for protection (?) and most of that cannot stand a c/raise AI.
