If BB is unknown or an aggro fish it's a clear fold for me. In my opinion there's really no much sense in defending this type of hands oop, playing wide ranges.
I like xc OTF and OTT, when our bluff x/r range is really poor.
OTR -> quite difficult, but I think we dont have a value raise here: do you think we can add some hands into this matrix: JJ, 99, KQs, J9s, J6s, 87s, J9o, 87o ??

Depending on how fishy BB is it could incentives a call pre flop. For most part I play raise or fold from this seat.
Not supper excited about the river T , his value region is expanding considerably.
I do agree with you BDFD's missing and the arrival of the T will make it hard to find bluffs to put him on unless he is turning 1 pair hands int o bluffs.
I think raising flop or turn is reasonable, if you dont think he is capable to betting AJ/overs at a non 0% you could get away with folding OTR.
