I know this isnt a common spot. Villain is a reg 22/18 with 7% 3bet over 730 hands, cant say i have ever seen him cold 4bet that i remember. Is this just a fold pre? what hands would you call here? As played, should we fold anywhere in this hand?

It's a fold preflop. We don't really have a large calling range in this spot. Should be as good as 5bet jam or fold preflop.
^^ should be fold pre, especially OP. On the flop, check raise and fold to jam is probably best. When you aren’t sure what to do, just calling is often the worst option. We have all JJ-KK with a heart in good shape and can fold to AA-AK with a heart that is jamming. Can’t imagine that villain with small 4bet range is doing this outside of JJ+ to AK suited. ATs has poor equity against any of that 4b range.
I understand what u did pre, because equitywise u only need 27 %. I looked and with AT u have 29% against AA,KK,QQ,AK. If he has a bluff in it like A5s u have 33%. So now it looks tempting to call, but the problem is u will have a very hard time to realise your Equity. His Range advantage is huge so u cant continue on most flops. Thats why we fold pre, if u think his range is wider, u can start to think about 5bet jam.
